Acceptance of Collection and Processing of Your Personal Data / Information:

The Collection and Processing of your Personal Data will be carried out in a secure way, be treated as confidential, and it is subject to the relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), as well as the Law providing for the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and for the Free Movement of such Data of 2018 (CY Law 125(I)/2018).

By completing this form, I consent that the PHAETHON Research and Innovation Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Intelligent, Efficient and Sustainable Energy Solutions (previously the FOSS Research Centre for Sustainable Energy of the University of Cyprus) will collect and process my Personal Data / Information as provided herein for the express purpose of and in direct connection to PHAETHON CoE’s events, as stipulated each time in dedicated consent-driven communications with Data Subjects.

I hereby also acknowledge and consent to my Personal Data being stored in a database of the University of Cyprus that will be accessible only to duly authorized officers of the University.

Your Personal Data is retained in an electronic system of the University of Cyprus for no longer than a year from the end date of the Event in question.

As a Data Subject, I have the right to withdraw my Consent at any time. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the Lawfulness of the processing that was based on the Consent before its withdrawal.
